The Department of Energy (DOE) is sponsoring full-time opportunities to work at Public Utility Commissions (PUCs), electric utilities, and energy service providers across the country on cutting edge solar and other distributed energy resource (DER) issues.
This is a 1-year program with the option to extend for a 2nd year.
To be considered, candidates need to submit an application along with a letter from the host organization to the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) which is the program administrator. Current innovators represent a range of academic backgrounds and professional experiences.
To help interested candidates and PUCs find one another, AEE Institute is offering a free, optional matching service. If you'd like to be considered for a match, please send a resume and cover letter directly to Kat Burnham to begin the process.
